I'm Prince (technically Sultan, but eh, I don't really like that title) Aladdin. I live in Agrabah, and I'm married to the beautiful and feisty Princess Jasmine. I may rule Agrabah now, but I come from humble beginnings. My best buddies are Abu and the Genie. Stay away from Jafar, he's an evil, scheming man.

Good. It was good to know everything was still normal around there, just has she had left it, just perfect. “Oh, you mean to say I make a lot of noise?” she giggled and where would she be without Aladdin to tuck away those stubborn little strands of hair that escaped the rest of it?
She bit her lip, just for a second, at his words. She couldn’t say she hadn’t thought about it, having a little Aladdin running around the palace, never more letting his father enjoy the silence. Father… That word suited him, she could see him clearly playing with a kid that would someday exist… “Yes, I suppose we should, we should have a little you to prevent you from being alone in the silence for long.” she smiled, a smile that only grew larger picturing what could be in their future “I don’t think anything could make me happier than that Aladdin. And I’m sure Father will love the idea, he can then stop trying to slip in how he would like to have a grandchild soon.”
“If you do, it’s beautiful noise,” he smirked kissing her forehead. “and how do we know it would be a little me? What about a little you. She’d be just as beautiful as her mother,” he sighed lovingly, thinking of the idea of having a little girl to spoil, but not spoil rotten. Whatever the case may be, any child of theirs would have the best of both worlds. They’d be off the streets and living in the lush palace, but still have the benefit of learning street smarts from Aladdin. He beamed when she expressed her joy about the possibility, and how the Sultan would love to have a grandchild. Aladdin was sure the Sultan would spoil the child more than he and Jas would. He paused, pondering for a moment, leaning his forehead onto hers, “Since we’re on the topic, I know it’s a bit sudden, and you’re probably exhausted from your trip, but did you want to try now?” it was just a suggestion, and he knew that she probably wanted some rest, but he hoped she would say yes.
She was torn between slight disappointment and happiness at the fact that he didn’t need more than a second to tell it was her but ultimately it was the happy side that won and she let a small nod answer his question. Yes, she had got done with her stuff as soon as she could so she could came back here “It was faster than I was expecting”. Her arms automatically around him as she felt him hugging her, taking in his scent she had so sorely missed “I missed you too.”. Those were all the words she needed to hear, all that she needed to say. She enjoyed the moment, having him back on her sight, on her arms, she let him decide when to pull away. A small smile that he had kept on holding her hand “You know how it was, you’ve been on that sort of trip. And since I’m back early it means things were better and easier than we expected it to be. Everything’s good and Agrabah’s still on good terms with everyone. It went as smoothly here, right? Nothing crazy tried to attack while we were away?” her voice edging ever so slightly on worry, hoping that all was well.
“Nope! Pretty calm here. It was kind of nice, though the silence just made me think about you a lot more.” he tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear. He’d been thinking of lots of other things as well. They’d been married for two and a half years. There were pressures on them. Pressures to have a child as they needed an heir. They’d talked about it a few times, but they hadn’t really done much about it, “Jas, we’ve been married for a couple years now, and I think maybe we could…I dunno…start thinking about having kids?” the thought of a kid running around the palace made him smile to himself. He was feeling the pressure to get started on making an heir, there was no doubt about it, but the urgency he felt to have a child was more than that. This child would be the best of him and Jasmine, a little bundle that embodied bits of both of them that they could love and protect and raise to do good things in the world. It was something that Aladdin wanted more than anything.
Jasmine had just got back from one more of those usual trips to the countries that her father had businesses with. Normally Aladdin would’ve gone with her but this once there were still things to take of on Agrabah and someone, probably her, had had this stupid idea that she could take care of it by herself. Yes, sure she could do it but she had underestimated how much she’d miss Aladdin. Every day they spent apart felt like something was missing on her life.
So, first thing she did when getting back, was going through the palace with a smile on her lips at the thought that soon they’d be together, that she’d be again with the one she loved. She was coming in the gardens when she saw him, his back turned to her. She raised her hand and was about to call out to him when a better idea crossed her mind. She walked slowly, doing her best not to give herself away and, when she got close enough, she quickly covered his eyes with her hands. She willed herself not to speak but she couldn’t hold back a giggle, she was just too happy to see him again.
He was missing her terribly. As Jasmine’s husband, Aladdin had responsibilities of his own regarding work in the palace. Jas had gone off on a business trip with her father, which he would have attended as well. But this time he had work to do in Agrabah, and he and Jas had to be separated for a little while. Whether it was a few days or a few months, he missed her just the same, and he was always so happy when she returned.
Aladdin was out in the courtyard, taking a break from some paperwork when he suddenly felt two hands go over his eyes. Try as she may, she could not sneak up on him, and he knew that it was her right away. The size of her hands and her familiar scent gave her away. “You’re home early,” he chuckled, gingerly removing her hands from his face and turning around. He pulled her to him, hugging her close, “I’ve missed you,” he said. Laying his head on hers he just savored the moment of silence between the two of them for a bit. Pulling away from her, but still keeping hold of her hand, he asked, “How was your trip?” he was genuinely curious to know, as he knew this was an important one.
My charger died, and consequently that meant I couldn’t use my laptop all week. But I’m back now and I’ll get right on replies.
..IS EVERYBODY ON HERE UGLY AND SMELLY AND ANNOYING AND DUMB?
That’s not a nice thing to say! Not everyone here is like that.
Ew.. your hat is DISGUSTING!
You’ve got some terrible manners. Who in the world raised you to be such a rude kid?
*puts a dead fishy in your bread*
Quit it.

Please! She needs us! She needs all of us right now! When I was in need she asked all of you to pray for me and my family and now I’m asking you to pray for her! This woman is one of the many second mothers I have acquired here since becoming a part of DRP and I am begging you to please keep her in your thoughts and prayers!
